This was a session focused developing an online version of the PG Cert due to staff being distributed across four sites which were not close. This had started with a version of the induction, an introduction to learning and teaching and then the Learning and Teaching module. It was decided to offer both the face to face blended version still and the online but in the end of the first cohort only four chose to do the online due to their anxiety about using online but also wanting to mix with other staff from across the University. The online version was only now at the end of the first term but using discussion boards had taken time but staff were doing this however reflection in journals was taking longer.
